Areas of Practice

Estate planning

We understand that planning for the end of life can be difficult for many people. Our estate planning practice is designed to guide clients through this important process, ensuring their assets are preserved, managed, and distributed according to their wishes after death. It also addresses how properties and financial responsibilities will be handled if they become incapacitated. Properly preparing these documents not only protects minor children, specifies asset distribution, and assists with family tax matters—it creates a lasting legacy.

Business law

We aim to resolve our clients' business-related legal challenges, painlessly. In the fast-paced business world, disputes can arise unexpectedly, whether you're a startup or an experienced business owner. Choosing the right legal representation is crucial to navigate these complexities. We work tirelessly to resolve conflicts between business owners and their clients, partners, or other businesses, ensuring your interests are protected.

Construction law

Whether your project is large or small, we are committed to safeguarding your interests both in and out of court. Our partner, E. Taylor Henry IV, brings invaluable hands-on experience from his time as a project manager and contractor in the construction industry. This practical knowledge allows him to provide homeowners, builders, and others with expert legal guidance on construction-related matters. His deep understanding of the field is an asset when negotiating with opposing parties, whether your project involves a single-family home or a large-scale commercial development. No matter the scope, we are equipped to resolve a wide range of construction disputes, including traditional lien and payment issues. Rest assured, we will work diligently to protect your interests every step of the way.

Real Estate Law

Buying or selling a property is one of the most significant financial decisions you’ll make. Our firm is here to guide you every step of the way—reviewing contracts, conducting title searches, resolving disputes, and preparing all necessary documents to ensure a smooth closing.

While Florida law doesn’t require an attorney for real estate transactions, having one protects you from potential issues. E. Taylor Henry, IV, as an agent for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company through Attorneys' Title Fund Services, LLC, combines legal expertise and title services, eliminating the need for a separate closing agent or title company.

"Justice is not just about the law—it’s about the heart. It’s the courage to stand up for what’s right, even when the odds are against you."
